Troubleshoot RMT Uninstall Errors

When attempting to uninstall RMT, if you get this error:

One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup.

Who can do this

You need to be a Administrator on the machine and be a Resource Monitoring Tool Administrator in order to troubleshoot uninstall issues.
