Introduction
You can deploy Tableau Server on a Google Compute Engine (GCE) virtual machine (VM). A Tableau Server deployment on GCE supports the following:

Self-deployment of Tableau Server on a Google Compute Engine VM is recommended for development, test, and production environments that start simple but may need to scale later.
